New Private Home Unit Sales for August 2022 Property developers sold 448 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in Aug 2022. On a month-on-month basis, the primary market sales declined by 47%. The drop is mainly attributed to a lack of new launches in August, with only 134 units launched compared to 402 units in July 2022.
Bestselling Properties for August 2022 The top three bestselling properties are Hyll on Holland (42 units sold), followed by Riviere (28 units sold) and Perfect Ten (27 units sold). Leedon Green and The Hyde came in as close contenders with 20 units sold individually, while The Gazania and One Pearl Bank came in 5th with 16 units sold each.
Upcoming Projects for 2022 A total of five developments are slated for launch in the coming months of 2022, namely: Hill House, Sanctuary @ Newton, Tenet, Lentor Modern and Copen Grand EC. Three of these launches are located in the OCR and would attract interest from HDB upgraders and some first-time homebuyers.
